Design Indaba 2009 nets Loeries Silver

On Friday 25 September at the Loeries Awards, South Africa's premier awards event, the mixed media campaign was rewarded with a Silver Loerie. On Saturday night, the campaign won a Bronze loerie for Integrated Campaign.



Design Indaba 2009 is an integrated campaign comprising various and innovative media items, from TV, print and radio all the way through to pop-up brochures, lenticular programmes, rapid-prototyped sculptures, glow posters and more.

The central theme of DI 2009 was 'What can your creativity do?' Each element sought to interact with the viewer and pose that very question.

The campaign required innovative and pioneering ideas, above-the-line copywriting as well as writing for design.
